   "The Apprenticeship Service’s objective is to encourage and support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to hire first-year apprentices, particularly key groups, in construction and manufacturing Red Seal trades across Canada. This will help improve apprenticeship outcomes, improve the participation and success of key groups, and enhance employer engagement of apprentices.",
   "The funding provides supports to projects that focuses on career exploration opportunities to support well-informed career decisions in the skilled trades, skilled training to help participants prepare for success in the skilled trades, and work experience to offer hands-on job experience and connections to employers.
