   "The Homelessness Partnering Strategy (HPS) supports the implementation of effective, sustainable and community-based solutions to prevent and reduce homelessness across Canada. Projects target individuals, families and Aboriginal people in major urban centres, rural communities, and the North.",
   "Reaching Home supports Canadian communities in their efforts to prevent and reduce homelessness. This is accomplished by mobilizing partners at the federal, provincial/territorial and community levels, as well as the private and voluntary sectors, and other stakeholders, to address barriers to well-being faced by those who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness.The Designated Community stream provides funding to specific communities across Canada that have a significant issue with homelessness.",
