      "This project will fill current knowledge gaps in Ground Search and Rescue trends that will help identify areas for improvement, ensure effective response, reduce the loss of life, and reduce the frequency and severity of incidents. Canadian Public Safety Operations Organization will achieve this objective by addressing the development of a data governance model, National Data Standard development, technical specifications for a sustainable data management system, and coordination for data contributors and consumers.",
      "The purpose of this project is to complete a strategic review of the requirements for a national incident data collection system for Ground Search and Rescue (GSAR), create a communication platform that will allow and foster collaboration between SAR groups nationally and regionally, and make recommendations to overcome the impediments that currently exist."
