      "A two-year project to demonstrate the economic feasibility of rare earth element (REE) oxide extraction technology in the Northwest Territories’ (NWT) mining sector. CRC will use a sensor-based ore sorting process that will concentrate REE oxides on-site before shipping for further processing. This mechanically-based process results in a lowered environmental impact due to the elimination of tailing ponds that accompany metal mining.
