      "Reaching Home aims to prevent and reduce homelessness across Canada. This is accomplished by mobilizing partners at the federal, provincial/territorial and community levels, as well as the private and voluntary sectors, and other stakeholders, to address barriers to well-being faced by those who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness.",
      "The project will constructing a new effluent pumping station and rehabilitation of the existing gravity sewer main at the City of Brantford’s WWTP at 385 Mohawk St., to prevent the backup of treated effluent into the WWTP, allowing the plant to continue to function during high river levels due to ice jams and heavy rainfall. The existing 1200mm gravity sewer and three manholes located along the existing gravity sewer will be lined and sealed to accommodate pressurized effluent discharge during high river levels."
