      "This project aims to support a sustainable future peace in Syria by enabling an accountability process which addresses crimes that have been committed throughout the conflict. The Commission for International Justice and Accountability (CIJA) is determined to achieve justice in the absence of an international court or tribunal with jurisdiction over Syria. CIJA employs its unique criminal investigative capacity to build a strong foundation for future transitional justice processes."
