The project will improve the facility’s functionality and resilience while supporting essential services for Elders, young families, and expectant mothers. Building upgrades will also incorporate renewable energy solutions to improve reliability during emergencies and reduce reliance on diesel power, ensuring continued access to critical wellness services for the community.",
