"Veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness across Canada will have increased support through the Program. This is accomplished by providing direct funding to communities and mobilizing collaborators at the federal, provincial/territorial and community levels, as well as the private and voluntary sectors, to address barriers to well-being faced by Veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness, through two funding streams: the Services and Supports Stream and the Capacity Building Stream.",
"Operation Safe Haven (OSH) will address complex needs facing homeless/at-risk Veterans, offering emergency, long-term support on the streets and at our building with the aim of getting Veterans off the streets. OSH will offer flexible, individualized assistance, including access to essentials, referrals, and peer community support within a safe, supportive environment.",
"In order to continue operations during the Covid pandemic this organization is receiving funding.",
"The Purpose of this Contribution is to provide funding to help the community enhance their security infrastructure by purchasing and installing a CCTV System, Access Control System, and a Gate.",
"Through the application of national and local priorities, the CSJ program seeks to provide youth, particularly those who face barriers to employment with access to work opportunities. Funded employers must demonstrate that they are providing quality work experiences for youth that provide opportunities to develop and improve their skills.",
"The purpose of this Canada Community Security Agreement is to provide funding to this local Christian community organization to enhance their security. The population that uses the facility will feel safer from hate-motivated incidents/crimes following the purchase and installation of motion floodlights, door and window sensors, a laptop, monitors, and an Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) system in their community gathering space."
