      "The objective of this project is to enhance the reliability, resiliency, and flexibility of the local distribution grids in the Township of Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards, the City of Pembroke, the Municipality of Mississippi Mills, and the Township of Whitewater Region, Ontario, through the deployment of smart grid devices and the implementation of an Outage Management System (OMS) to support improved grid monitoring and outage response.",
