      "The Prince County Innovation & Learning Centre in Summerside will support the University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI) Family Medicine Residency program. A multifaceted satellite centre in Summerside, adjacent to Prince County Hospital, would complement and support the programs developed for UPEI medical school residents.
