      "This project involves building a solid waterproof foundation, replacing the subgrade with high-quality compacted granular material, paving the 18.4-km stretch of road, and applying pavement markings, in accordance with the engineering plans and specifications commissioned by the RCM in 2021. Completion of these two consecutive phases will optimize and consolidate the recreational and tourism potential of 18.4 km of multi-use pathway, substantially increase safety for all users of the Linear Park by correcting the soft subgrade problem and the resulting risk of falls, and enhance general access"
