"Advance robotics manufacturing and software development for global export",
"This project encompasses the design and prototyping of the company's next-generation robotics system. Leveraging their team of professional engineers, technologists, and embedded systems specialists, the new machine will include more advanced capabilities. In parallel with hardware development, the company's software developers and data scientists will improve card recognition accuracy by building a robust set of ETL pipelines to secure high-quality training data which will be used to enhanced ML model performance.",
"This Project encompasses the development of key elements of TCG Machines’ software infrastructure. Improvements to TCG Machines’ existing suite of technology, coupled with new innovations, will strengthen card recognition accuracy, expand the available catalog of supported products, and increase the capability and marketability of TCG Machines’ sorting machinery.",
"TCG Machines has begun initial production for their commercial product: the PhyzBatch-9000 card sorting machine. The PhyzBatch-9000, being a highly refined and specialized machine, requires meticulous attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process, which currently takes 20 hours per build. To expedite production and catch up to the extensive backlog of customer orders, TCG Machines is hiring a Mechanical Designer / Production Coordinator to spearhead the optimization and acceleration of their in-house production operations. With sufficient ingenuity and innovation, this individual wi",
"This Project encompasses the optimization of TCG Machines’ sales funnel. Improvements to TCG Machines’ existing marketing website and customer journey, coupled with better tracking and targeting informed by quantifiable metrics, will strengthen domestic sales and increase the marketability of TCG Machines’ products. Project outcomes will be measured by increased customer conversion rates, sales, and retention.",
"TCG Machines will be conducting a two-phased project with the aim of increasing the efficiency of their production processes and increasing the output capacity of their manufacturing facility. The first phase will be a lean manufacturing analysis and implementation of those findings. The second phase will be a production automation analysis and implementation of those findings."
