   "The Youth Employment Strategy is the Government of Canada's commitment to help young people, particularly those facing barriers to employment, get the information and gain the skills, work experience and abilities they need to make a successful transition to the workplace.",
   "Through the application of national and local priorities, the CSJ program seeks to provide youth who face barriers to employment with access to work opportunities. Funded employers must demonstrate that they are providing quality work experiences for youth that provide opportunities to develop and improve their skills. The CSJ program is delivered by the Department of ESD.",
   "This grant supports the grand opening event of the Nurse Myra Bennett Center for Performing Arts located in Cow Head, the northern enclave community of Gros Morne National Park. The grand opening is celebrating the community and the cultural heritage through the talented writers, performers and designers as well as acknowledging funding agencies and private donors."
