In force from 30 August 2026.
Assay Systems is a registered business name in Ontario, Canada. Write to [email protected] about anything on this page.
We do not collect anything about you when you only read this site. We run no analytics, no trackers and no advertising, and the site sets no cookies. The fonts come from our own domain, so reading a page tells nobody anything about you.
To answer you, to make and carry out an offer of work, and to invoice for work done. We also keep a record of every person and business that asked us to stop.
Under Canada's anti-spam law we write to a business number or address that the business itself has published openly, where the message concerns that business. Under Canadian privacy law, business contact information used only to reach a person in their business capacity sits outside the ordinary consent rules. Both of those are the ground we stand on, and both stop the moment you tell us to stop.
Reply STOP to a text message, or write to [email protected]. We remove the address or the number from every list the same day, and we confirm it to you in writing.
We keep one thing after that, and we keep it for good: the address or number itself, on a do-not-contact list. It is the only way to guarantee that a later pull of public data does not put you back in front of us.
We do not sell anything we hold, and we do not trade it. Three suppliers handle it on our behalf, and only to do the job we pay them for. Cloudflare serves this site and carries the form. Resend delivers our email. Telnyx delivers our text messages. We disclose to nobody else unless a Canadian court orders it. If that happens we tell you, unless the order forbids it.
Write to us and you may have, without charge, a copy of everything we hold about you, a correction of anything wrong in it, or its deletion. We answer in writing within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada takes complaints about us directly.
