Accounting and audit services - Audit of Internal Controls over Financial Management: Elections Canada (EC) replaces its FreeBalance corporate financial management system for the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada’s (AAFC) SAP solution effective April 2021. As part of this implementation, EC will face changes that will occur with the adoption of a new financial system, new data systems and adjustments to existing business processes. EC adopts SAP internal controls and processes standards developed by AAFC to support GoC’s financial operations.
