AOMS is seeking to expand its IoT offering in the environmental remediation, concrete infrastructure monitoring, structural integrity, health and industrial asset performance management markets.
The proposed innovation is a universal IoT platform that includes hardware and an interfacing protocol and enables out-of-the-box cloud connectivity for sensors in harsh environments. The innovation is based on a universal IoT node that is agnostic to sensor types and sensor specific communication standards and enables the connection of any sensors to the cloud using LPWAN, LTE-M/5G, and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), and WiFi communication protocols.
Brickeye will develop a software platform that helps concrete project teams reduce cement use and CO2 emissions.
The project is focused on the development of a distributed hydrocarbon fiber optic sensor for leak detection and also a monitoring system including hardware (fiber optic sensing cables) and software (data analytics) for detection of corrosion under insulation (CUI). The new sensing solutions will be integrated with AOMS Fiber Optic Sensor (AOMS-FOS) technology.
International Co-Innovation Action Program (CAIP) Project - Integration of our data acquisition unit and our cloud-based software with the sensor hardware products of our partner to offer a full-stack of an integrated IoT solution to market.
Optimization of AOMS Fiber Optic Sensor packaging and enhancement of sensing system data aggregation and analytics for harsh environment sensing
