This project will involve the development of mould infrastructure to produce precast concrete modular building frame units at licensee production facilities. The project includes development of moulds for precast components of the Lodestar modular building frame system. The building frame system includes base slabs (foundation), modules (frame), wall panels (exterior cladding), and a roof slab system. The project will cover the design and fabrication of moulds for production of all precast concrete components of the modular building system.
This project will complete development of a mould for precasting modular concrete building frames, as well as a trailer-mounted shipping frame for transporting concrete building frames to site.
Lodestar will address the unresolved gaps in the "complete building" solution that have emerged during the commercialization stage. Effort will include an in-depth, comprehensive assessment to evaluate adoption potential, identify challenges, develop and optimize feasible solutions, and guide strategic decision-making and market positioning.
