To create the Ontario Bioindustrial Innovation Network which will support cluster development, build stronger hybrid chemistry value chains and invest in emerging low-carbon companies to commercialize.
The objective of this project is to accelerate the pace of innovation by providing funding and support for pre-commercial science activities and cutting-edge research that benefits the agriculture and agri-food sector and Canadians.
This project aims to develop markets and the overall value chain of technologies linking Canada's agriculture and agri-food sector to the emerging Canadian bioeconomy and its resulting GHG reduction impacts.
The objective of this project is to continue the activities of Biomass Quality Network Canada by advancing the development of quality standards and measurement methods in the four bioproducts sectors and disseminating this knowledge to stakeholders. The objective of this project outcomes will bridge gaps throughout the supply chain from the producer to the industrial end user, in understanding benchmarks for quality assessment and assurance to support commercialization of Canadian biomass, resulting in a strong bioproducts industry in Canada.
The proponent will work with the regional bioeconomy clusters to support the identification and foundation business case developement across Canada.
This program will connect 35-40 Canadian SMEs in the bioproducts sector with a Canadian service provider who will help accelerate the commercialization of their innovative products and processes. Access to appropriate services from the broad range of commercial and technical assistance available improves both the likelihood and speed of commercial success for these Canadian SMEs. Furthermore, by identifying and engaging Canadian talent to provide these services, the value of the program is retained in Canada and national supply chains are created for these SMEs.

Canadian Agricultural Adaptation Program (CAAP), funding to facilitate the agriculture, agri-food and agri-based products sector's ability to seize opportunities, to respond to new and emerging issues and to pathfind and pilot solutions to new and ongoing issues in order to help it adapt and remain competitive.
This project will assess opportunities or diversification and optimization in a forest products facility.
The objective of this project is to position BioMass Quality Network Canada (BQNC) as a catalyst to help build trust between the Canadian public and the agriculture industry, with an emphasis on the agricultural bioeconomy and use of biomass.
