This project aims to address climate change and the predicted increase in frequency of extreme weather events and the change in pest and disease complexes that threatens the sustainability and resiliency of the Canadian grape and wine sector.
This project aims to create and promote a clean plant network of propagative grapevine material. This will provide Canadian grape growers and wineries with the material necessary to re-plant or plant certified virus-free grapevines in their vineyards to ensure the long term viability of the Canadian grape and wine sectors.
