NRC is seeking a software solution that will, through the use of models and data analysis, predict and control the wavelength of a grown semiconductor structure during its fabrication.
The project is to expand to semiconductor fabs, tool manufacturers, packaging and wafer growth by developing, advertising and providing support for standalone software library and product of our core technology called Physics Enhanced Digital Twin.
The project is to develop a system where during the AI training phase the AI can tell its predictions to the engineers and the engineers can adjust incorrect predictions by entering the correct value. The AI then adjusts its model to correct the incorrect predictions
