This project aims to build on a suite of successful initiatives completed between 2019 and 2022. Farm & Food Care will continue to develop new and innovative ways to build bridges between Canadian consumers and food system partners (farmers, food processors, retailers and agribusiness). This will continue to enhance trust and confidence in the food systems and give farmers valuable tools - and confidence - to help tell their stories, accurately and effectively, to the consuming public.
Timing Matters: Peer to Peer Network
The objective of this project is for the intern to gain experience in writing material for communication activities directed to agricultural groups as well as publications directed to the public, both on the web and in social media as well as participating in tours, trade shows and public outreach events.
