GALAXIA’s MÖBIUS Satellite Constellation is the first pay-per-use Earth Observation (EO) platform. This constellation of software defined nanosatellites will enable businesses of any size to avoid the obstacles of entering the space sector by offering an intelligent and adaptable satellite service at a reasonable cost. The MÖBIUS Constellation will host an array of powerful and versatile space sensors on a shared-access basis. The highly configurable system allows platform users to deploy, scale, and modify proprietary software on the constellation while in orbit. Advanced edge compute techn

The primary objective of TerraVision is to drastically reduce the quantity of imagery data downlinked by Galaxia’s satellites without compromising data integrity. The proposed solution to this problem will use the satellite’s GNSS and star sensor data to estimate the location of the captured image and will then utilize feature matching and localization techniques to algorithmically extract the client’s desired region of interest from the captured imagery.
Thermal analysis project for Galaxia's current and future satellite projects.
In this project various aspects of a neural network system is assessed to design and implement a light network onboard a spacecraft for anomaly and change detection. This network of anomaly detection should be a lightweight multi-layer system that can launch onboard a small-satellite, and perform segmentation tasks as well as analysis with as little resource as possible.
The Jr. Software Developer will join the Edge Compute group to support the RAVEN project, which focuses on advancing the capabilities of satellite-based computing systems. This role will be crucial in enhancing our software quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes, as well as managing various aspects of the project lifecycle. The candidate will also engage in Python programming tasks related to the operating system, automation, and Docker container management, contributing to the development and optimization of our satellite systems.
