Novonix Battery Technology Solutions has developed proprietary processing technology for dry single pot synthesis of cathode materials used in lithium-ion batteries. This project will further develop the synthesis process for different chemistries and scale up to the pilot scale. This project will also support the growth of a specialist cathode dry synthesis research and development team.

After proving market demand for it’s UHPC product line, Novonix aims to develop its next generation of battery cyclers to offer customers a better quality and more robust user experience. Designing and developing the next generation systems on a more stable Hardware, Firmware and Software architecture will allow Novonix to remain the best in class in terms of precision and accuracy while leapfrogging market substitutes in terms of features and quality.
Design and develop enhanced software feature set for Novonix’s line of Ultra-High Precision Coulometry Cyclers. The enhanced feature set will bring programable logic to the first in class HPC hardware resulting in a competitive advantage for Novonix in the Battery Testing Services market.
Designing and building in-situ rigs for various projects, working on automated data flow for niche projects and apparatuses with Python and helping build data tools and cell testing.
Novonix is continually developing new products and needs the ability to quickly prototype new designs to test functionality and performance in addition to growing our standard production for customer demand.
Provide IT and cybersecurity services to support R&D and operations at Novonix.
The project will aim to improve the understanding of lithium-ion battery material degradation rate and lifetime performance through existing and novel test methods and data analysis techniques.
Provide accounting services to support Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation at NOVONIX Battery Technology Solutions.
