The project aims to establish small-scale GMP processes for producing messenger RNA and lipid nanoparticles, as well as targeted LNPs for research purposes. It responds to a need in personalized medicine for rare clinical batches.
Acquisition of equipment and marketing strategy: The project aims to increase the sales and production capacity of a biotechnology company specializing in the production and purification of intermediary and carrier molecules (messenger RNA).
This project aims to develop, optimize and scale-up processes for the production and purification of mRNA and lipid nanoparticles for mRNA delivery.
This project completes the development of the iLoF system for profiling Lipid Nanoparticles (LNPs) and Extracellular Vesicles (EVs), with the goal of bringing it to market. The frim is contributing by optimizing characterization methods, producing various LNP formulations, and testing the system on site.
Equipment acquisition: The project aims to improve productivity and increase the production capacity of a company specializing in the design, production and purification of intermediary and carrier molecules (messenger RNA).
The specialist will play a key role in the development, qualification and optimization of messenger RNA (mRNA) synthesis processes and will also support the implementation and improvement of analytical quality control methods.
The MSAT specialist will play a key role in optimizing the encapsulation of mRNAs in nanoparticles (NPs), and in establishing and comparing analytical methods for characterization and quality control.
