This project involves the construction of a new curling facility to replace an aging and unsuitable building and to support the continued delivery of recreational programming. The new facility will provide modern, accessible spaces designed to accommodate year‑round community use and growing participation in the sport. The project will enhance access to inclusive recreational opportunities and support active living for residents across the community.
The Small Project Component of the EAF is designed to provide grants for small projects that will improve the built environment through renovation, construction and retrofitting of buildings, modification of vehicles for community use and through the provision of accessible information/communication technologies.
