This project entitled "" High-Fidelity Rover Missions at Mars Analogue Sites "" has the following objective (s): An international team made of Canadian scientists and students will investigate five (5) Mars analog sites on Earth (two (2) in Canada) that have similarities to Martian environment. The aim is to simulate High-Fidelity Rover Mars Missions whose rely on rock samples' collection and their return to Earth. Canadian students will be involved in all aspects of the missions, from planning to execution as well as further sample and data analysis. They will also work in close collaborat

The OSIRIS-REx spacecraft successfully collected a sample of asteroid Bennu in October 2021 and is on its return journey to Earth to deliver the sample in September 2023. To enable the full science value of this precious sample to be realized we will conduct a number of activities over the next three years. These include: • Laboratory spectral analysis of meteorites that may be relevant to Bennu, specifically heated carbonaceous chondrites (to understand how primitive Bennu may be and associated implications for prebiotic chemistry on Earth) • Examine data for the sampling site before and aft

The purpose of this project is to support adaptation in the forestry sector by developing an enhanced understanding of challenges and opportunities related to adaptation, and translating this knowledge into information products and tools.
Rovers will play an important role in exploring and mapping the rugged terrain on the Moon. They will also be used to find important resources like water or titanium, which will enable astronauts to conduct longer missions. This project will use the moon-like terrain of Lanzarote, Spain, to demonstrate the ability of rovers to map geological variations across an area. It will also test different tool combinations and search methods to identify which ones are best used by rovers to find and map resources. This project will increase Canadian mining and exploration capabilities on Earth and in
