ASSAYSYSTEMS
Terms

What we owe you, in writing.

In force from 30 August 2026.

Assay Systems is a registered business name in Ontario, Canada. These terms cover this site, our messages, and any work we agree to do.

The site is not an offer

Prices here are what our work costs as listed. A price becomes binding when we put the scope and the figure in writing to you and you accept it. Nothing on this page creates an obligation on either side before that.

Price and payment

The guarantee

If it does not do what we agreed, you do not pay. The measure is the written scope, not a later change of mind about what the work should have been. Tell us it fails and we fix it or we invoice nothing.

What is yours when we finish

The report, the configuration and the code we build for you are yours. We hand them over documented, and you keep them whether or not you go further with us. Tools and methods we brought with us stay ours. We take nothing of yours away and we do not resell your data.

Our messages

We write to businesses about their own operations, by email and by text, using contact details the business has published openly. Every message names us, gives a way to reach a person, and gives a way to stop.

Reply STOP to a text message to stop the texts, or write to [email protected] to stop everything, and we act the same day. Message frequency is low and we send no reminders. Your carrier may charge you for messages you receive. We charge you nothing.

What we do with the details is set out in our privacy page.

Law and venue

The law of Ontario and the federal law of Canada govern these terms. The courts of Ontario decide any dispute under them.
