In writing

Every piece of work is scoped and priced in writing before it starts. The written record of what was agreed is the agreement. Questions, answers, figures and decisions all travel by letter, so nothing said is lost and nothing agreed is disputed later.

We look before we build

The diagnostic comes first. We map how the business actually runs, list every problem and rank it, and write a concrete plan of what to automate and in what order. The report stays yours even if we go no further, and its fee comes off the build price if you go ahead.

A diagnostic asks the client for two things only: the materials at the start, and a confirmation of our figures at the end. Everything in between we do ourselves.

Every figure has a source

When we put a number in front of you, it is traceable. In work built on the federal contract register, every figure points to a published row, and every table names the rule that produced it. Amendments are collapsed to one contract per award, because the register itself does not do that.

Built, then handed over

We build everything found in the diagnostic, integrate it without disruption, and document it. On handover it is yours: the accounts, the prompts, the code, the playbooks and the written handover.

Kept running

After handover we answer for the system we built. We check it regularly, fix it when necessary, keep the roadmap moving, and write you a report every month on what we did and what it changed.

What we do not do

• We do not start work without a written scope and a written price.
• We do not send a figure we cannot trace to its source.
• We do not keep what we build. It passes to the client.
