Development of a high-speed toaster using fast response carbon infrared heating emitters. The emitters are highly efficient with fast response times which can allow on demand heating as opposed to the industry standard “always on” heating elements, due to slow response times. Further to this innovation, the project is expected to take toasting to a new level by incorporating “smart” technology such as vision systems to detect product type and possibly provide automatic calibration.
The goal of the project is to develop a low cost optical based sensor that can accurately measure the level of liquid in a small tank under difficult operating conditions.
To certify 5 product lines with Brazil's INMETRO: - AC10/20/30 dairy dispensers - AC6.E sugar dispenser line - AC1-GP sugar dispenser product line - AC2-GP sweetener product line - ACFC-10 concentrated flavor dispenser product line
The goal of the project is to investigate the feasibility of new technologies needed to implement a new generation of flavour dispensers.
The goal of the project is to investigate and demonstrate critical technology needed to implement a blended dairy dispenser.
We will require additional manufacturing lines for our new V2 dispenser. Would like to add a Junior resource in Production Engineering – Mechanical Engineer.

Based on preliminary research SureShot believes there is a market opportunity to develop an electric food smoker for consumer use. Smoking food using current products on the market can be quite complex and time consuming requiring the cook to manage many inputs. Due to its complexity, smoking is not a desirable activity for your average cook. Our vision is to take the mystery and complexity out of smoking food the way that Instant Pot took the mystery out of pressure cooking. Our product offering will have broad market appeal because we will make the act of smoking simple and hassle free while
In anticipation of a Country wide rollout to a large quick serve restaurant chain, we would like to look at our manufacturing process and identify ways to improve the efficiency of the build process. This with look at all aspects of our Manufacturing operation, identify areas for improvement, and design fixtures , jigs or automation cells to make the process more efficient.
