The project aims to enhance CareerBeacon's platform for job seekers and employers by optimizing the application workflow, improving job recommendations, and increasing website traffic.
AllOnboard is a subscription web application platform that helps companies map out their onboarding workflows, facilitate internal/external communication, automate tasks management, provide recommendations on how individuals can interact with one-another. All in a package that will help them coordinate their efforts through a number of integrations with existing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resources information systems (HRIS) in the market.

The goal of this project is to evaluate security, performance and scalability of all Alongside web-based platforms, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), the job board (CareerBeacon) and the OnBoarding platform (AllOnboard).
The hiring of a marketing specialist will help increase traffic and create new partnerships for CareerBeacon.
The Customer Success role will help us make key internal adjustments towards better servicing our customers.
The Junior Marketing Coordinator role will help us increase our brand awareness in a dual-sided market. In this particular case, the emphasis will be on job seeker awareness of our services.
