Our project name is Cactus and we aim to build a fully autonomous self-sustaining modular dwelling unit. We are going into international markets to access new market , de-risk development costs of product development, immediate growth opportunities, and leverage competitive advantages in countries. We are using co-innovation as a mechanism to leverage knowledge & experience, address technical skill gaps, access the European market through a local partner, and de-risk international expansion. BECC is working to build a gateway for individuals to purchase an Accessory Dwelling Units (“ADU”) in North America using a ADU configurator. The ADU configurator is process synonymous with how you buy a car. When exploring the car journey process you can go online to mix and match various engine options, trims, colors, and tires. BECC’s ADU configurator will allow customers to go online to mix and match various energy options (green and traditional power), kitchen and bathroom fixture options, floor and wall colors, and cabinetry.
BECC Modular is a rapidly growing volumetric modular design build company, focused on building various modular buildings, from small scale shelters and institutional buildings to large scale affordable multi-residential housing projects across Ontario. With numerous projects won and more on the way, we are building our Design Team which will function as the main pillar of the company, from proposal designs to off-site manufacturing and site construction.
