To develop a quantum-safe system that would help companies secure their communications between different steps of the industrial process against hijacking and hacking.
The project supports Crypto4A Technologies Inc. to scale-up its operations and to accelerate the commercialization of its cybersecurity solution.
RRRF funding will be used to support Recipients to address the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
This project advances the state-of-the-art of Hardware Security Modules (HSM) by employing a security design built around quantum-safe algorithms and a cryptographically-agile architecture. The NG-HSM employs a unique, hardware-based application processing isolation capability allowing the NG-HSM to provide trusted application integrity protection for critical business solutions. The NG-HSM utilizes advanced anti-tamper techniques designed to comply with emerging security assurance standards.

The developer will become familiar with the state-of-the-art in cybersecurity concepts and solutions. They will become proficient in programming principles, practices, and rigors for security-certified solutions well beyond academic learning. The goal of this project is to develop a general-purpose database to administer the manufacturing of high assurance devices. The records used to track a manufactured device will include the sensitive encrypted key material using DbSec, Crypto4A's solution to safeguarding confidentiality.
The developer will become familiar with the state-of-the-art in cybersecurity concepts and solutions. They will become proficient in programming principles, practices, and rigors required for security-certified solutions well beyond academic learning. The goal of this project is to develop an intelligent health and diagnostics capability for a secure operating environment deploying multiple integrated security applications. The project will seek to glean intelligence about each component along with heuristics to detect unusual conditions and attempt to predict failures before they happen.
Crypto4A has developed technology (patents pending) that addresses a cornerstone of cyber security. We will begin international expansion in the 3rd quarter of 2019 by allocating resources to the US and Western European Markets.
The purpose of this CanExport SMEs agreement is to support small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for activities related to export market development that are part of an export business case for a specific target market, particularly where activities are targeting departmental priority markets and sectors.
International Co-Innovation Action Program (ICAP) project. Crypto4A Technologies is a cybersecurity solutions company that helps secure and accelerate digital transformation. The firm is looking to identify co-innovation partners who recognize the quantum threat, believe in cryptographic agility, are innovators in high assurance solutions, and are established in the UK market.
