District Ventures (DV) is a federal not-for-profit that runs a number of programs for early and growing stage consumer-packaged goods (CPG) companies. This project will double the capacity of the program via an expansion to four cohorts per year, with two runs out of Calgary and two out of Toronto.
This project is a Contribution to Organization (CTO) that supports the ideation, development, and growth of innovative consumer packaged goods product companies in the food and wellness categories/Consumer Product Goods (CPG). Programs are based in Calgary and Toronto and available to companies from across Canada.
Through the application of national and local priorities, the CSJ program seeks to provide youth, particularly those who face barriers to employment with access to work opportunities. Funded employers must demonstrate that they are providing quality work experiences for youth that provide opportunities to develop and improve their skills.
