The project is to acquire equipment to increase manufacturing capacity.
To mitigate the financial pressure experienced by businesses and organizations to allow them to continue their operations.
Over the years, the company has developed multiple custom pipe clamps/lugs which they have designed for use in various play structures. The clamps/lugs require precision manual welding during product manufacturing and have become a source of errors and manufacturing delays as the products have become larger. This project is about a standard design that will be suitable for all pipe diameters and which can be fitted without a manual error prone welding process during manufacturing.
The project is to resolve the issues relating to motion experienced during a full size dry-fit testing of the company’s new track ride product. The ride motion needs to be smooth, last the full length of the ride and not exceed speed limits as set by the standards to which the product needs to comply.
The project is to build a prototype Biggo swing supported by a wooden frame that could be sold as a commercial product into playground markets where maximizing eco-friendly materials is a requirement. The Biggo swing frame is the one of the simplest but most popular products made by Dynamo so it will expose the company to the challenges of using new materials, their performance in the playground environment and the market into which they are looking to enter without having to address other complex product design issues not directly related to the material change.
The project will provide two outputs. The first will be an update to version 1 of the business plan to include phase 2 growth which targets increasing revenue from $8 Million to $15 Million. The second will be a marketing plan that captures the strategy for NA with specific additions for entering the Arab states market.
The purpose of this CanExport SMEs agreement is to support small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for activities related to export market development that are part of an export business case for a specific target market, particularly where activities are targeting departmental priority markets and sectors.
