The project will support additional development, product enhancement and sales of Factory Bucket's suite of software platforms globally.
Development of AI prototypes for Factory Bucket's transition from a 'Product-enabled service provider' to a 'Product provider'. The AI Assistant will allow manufacturers to develop applications on the Cohesiv platform.
Development of a specialized no-code solution for manufacturers, with the first line of targeted applications specific to supply chain and production management.
The funding provided by the IAP program is intended to assist innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in the start-up phase that cannot access existing commercial support related to COVID-19.
The project aims to develop a new business process in which non-technical staff build, deploy and support industrial manufacturing applications to industrial manufacturing clients within a 12 week timeframe, supported by our ‘no-code’ rapid software development platform, Cohesiv, and a fixed size technical team.
Factory Bucket Inc. is adapting its CohesivAI platform, originally built for manufacturing, for use by Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
AI agents product improvments
Factory Bucket Inc. will pilot test AI-powered production scheduling assistants through their CohesivAI platform.
The Advanced Scheduler will allow SME manufacturers to find an optimal way to schedule a new job so that they can effortlessly increase their throughput. They will also be able to quickly find out if they have the capacity to take on new jobs. Manufacturers will be able to respond with a reasonable due date in no time by temporarily plugging in the jobs.
Factory Bucket will be creating a dynamic data link for users to understand the activities and status of parts in a partner facility. Factory Bucket will use two manufacturers to learn about connecting them with their supply chain and the data interchange necessary to make this happen. This will inform ongoing efforts in building the Factory Bucket no-code platform, Cohesiv, to address a lack of insight into the manufacturing process supply chain.
