Expand their operations at Muskoka Airport and support the purchase of new innovative equipment, the need for additional 3 Phase power and installation/training on the new equipment.
Support to develop a new product and upgrade a production facility, including machinery, material, infrastructure, labour, and commercialization costs, to support entering global markets in response to tariffs.
The project will provide a mission capable suitable environment for mounting mission equipment. This will be in the form of an aerodynamic belly mounted pod in which will have the ability to mount our previous ‘CAMERA RETRACTABLE DEPLOYABLE LIFT – CRDL’ within the available mission space. The pod will allow for multiple climate controlled and accessible bays for mounting the system required equipment. Allowing equipment to be mounted securely outside of the cabin. This is an ideal solution for mission systems as in many cases the required equipment surpasses cabin noise requirements or surpass
The project will provide a self-sufficient highly evolved deployable camera retractable lift that is versatile with respect to the equipment that can be deployed and retracted, how the lift can be mounted in the aircraft, and the type of aircraft it can be mounted into. The deployable lift will be versatile in its ability to be quickly removed from one aircraft and installed into another with minimal tooling required.
Develop an upgraded new age technology operator console to replace the current ones that are bulky, over weight and inadequate for most aircraft which causes potential unsafe conditions to the air cabin operators and the passengers. Currently available consoles are largely over weight and utilize very rudimentary design and materials. Current consoles are provided from other vendors (potentially competitors), such available products use old technology and materials which have essentially cornered the market for decades.
King Air seats have a basic flaw that does not meet aircraft standards and has not been fixed from design. OEM has refused to eliminate the known issue and the current replacement bracket is not available. Product design to improve the king air seat bracket and not only reduce the failure of the seat but eliminate it all together. This include loading of 9g plus loads. The seat is known to fail and potential to cause catastrophic failures for pilot seats and injuries to passengers. The upgraded seat bracket will re-design the basics of the bracket and eliminate the failure all together. As wel
ICARUS Aero Inc. is expanding into international co-innovation programs, introducing an EO/IR camera mount solution for helicopters and building partnerships in the European market, with initial efforts focused on Germany and the broader EASA region.
This internship will provide Icarus Aero with the technical skill set required to continue to develop our productivity and manufacturing capacity.
In depth Market Analysis and market strategy to obtain sales worldwide for product at hand. This project is in support of the 9G Seat Bracket Upgrade IRAP Project for both market analysis as well as market and sales implementation now and in future.
