Working Capital: In the context of the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the project aims to ensure the continuity of operations of a company that specializes in the development and commercialization of artificial intelligence (AI) applications for business intelligence.
The innovation in this project, using a natural language processing technology, is to design a recommendation module that will allow firms to understand the issues that impact the satisfaction of their clients and receive the recommendations to address those objections in order to improve client satisfaction.
