This project aims to install new processing and packaging equipment which will allow the company to increase its production capacity, increase automation and reduce production costs.
The goal of the project is to assist management with the implementation of its automated inventory management traceability system. The company received third party certification for food safety earlier this year therefore implementation of this system will replace manual traceability and is key to help the company move forward with future growth and productivity.
The goal of the project is to assist the managers with documentation & reports, customer relations and production to allow the Firm to move toward automation and improved productivity. This will allow the company to more quickly assess its needs for future growth and product development. This processing facility was recently acquired in March of 2018 and the Firm has potential to increase production, create new innovative products, and create additional jobs in rural area.
