Support for Metegrity Inc. to continue operations during the COVID-19 pandemic
Metegrity is developing a next-generation AI and ML platform that will improve safety, reduce inspection costs, and enhance the reliability of vital infrastructure. The project will scale and productionize the ML-driven Risk Pre-Screening Tool—an automated classification model that ranks industrial assets by risk—into the company’s Quality and Asset Integrity software, thus preparing the solution for deployment in an enterprise-representative operational environment, enabling high-volume processing, seamless integration with existing workflows, and interoperability with other enterprise system
Metegrity is proposing a pilot project with an academic research partner using machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) to perform keyword analysis in identifying and evaluating the leading indicators in safety procedures, asset management systems, and incident datasets. The results of this research can then be applied to advance safety science not just to the Oil & Gas industry, but to any industry seeking to better identify and manage risk using incident datasets.
