mode40 will lead a Prairie pilot that onboards aerospace and defence suppliers into the AeroTrace Supplier Network and deploys a Canadian-sovereign Digital Manufacturing Passport capability to generate audit-ready traceability and validate controlled evidence exchange with Tier-1 integrators.
This project is part of the international consortium project “Xecs project 2022005 TASTI led by Philips (Netherlands)". The main goal of TASTI is to develop a modular framework of transferable technology to innovate synthetic image generation and tailor it towards applications. The proposed framework is multidisciplinary and will feature a holistic view on (1) solutions for optical sensor systems and training simulators, (2) cloud/edge infrastructure considering processing hardware and acceleration techniques, and (3) software components and algorithms, including AI.
Expand market share of agentic-AI-powered manufacturing control system
This project will significantly increase the features and functions of an existing platform for a novel system which has successfully shown in lab results to provide significant accuracy and advanced automation from comparable industry systems. This will specifically digitize feed mill manufacturing and add livestock forecasting improvements to increase the current optimization with new dimensionality.
This project will test the viability of an existing MVP (minimum viable product) which has successfully shown in lab results to provide significant accuracy and advanced automation from comparable industry systems. Pilot projects in industry will provide critical information required to produce a commercial-beta system.
The objective of this project is the practical application Of Internet Of Things (IOT) and Artificial Intelligence methodologies in order to improve carcass coding and its related challenges in the meat industry. Effective carcass cooling can have a significant impact on the economic state of the industry in a number of areas, including carcass shrink, associated product detects both process and sensory related, bacteria growth affecting shelf-life and food safety factors.
Creation of cloud based software. This will be comprised of a unique set of variables which our current models and testing has been proven to provide an autonomous methodology for livestock feed consumption and weight forecasting.
