The project is to create a digital replica of the reverse osmosis plant which will make recommendations on equipment and facility upgrades, consumable selections, parameter settings and operating practices to reduce Operational Expenditure (OPEX) and energy consumption as well as the associated Green House Gas (GHG) emissions.
This project is to develop Adaptive Desalination Technology (ADT) for optimizing reverse osmosis (RO) operations to a turn-key commercial product. ADT is comprised of a proprietary optimization system for process operation and hardware, using algorithm-based models and machine learning. The developed software and services will provide value to desalination plants by reducing overall operational costs and reduction of energy usage.
This project is to streamline the creation and customization of digital twin platforms for water treatment facilities by integrating data from external users and suppliers to promotes rapid adoption.
The project integrates cloud-based artificial Intelligence technology that provides operational intelligence to a large-scale industrial wastewater treatment and zero liquid discharge plant. The project works towards validating the technology’s value-proposition in terms of optimization, lowering OPEX, lowering downtime in a foreign market.
The funding provided by the IAP program is intended to assist innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in the start-up phase that cannot access existing commercial support related to COVID-19.
The project is supported under Fast Pilot in Foreign markets program to conduct a pilot trial in India by integrating cloud-based machine learning and digital twinning technology to provide operational intelligence to the operators and owners of sewage treatment plants using sequential batch reactors. The project advances the validation of the technology’s value-proposition in terms of lowering chemical costs, reducing energy use, reducing plant upset and improving effluent quality and reliability.
The purpose of this CanExport SMEs agreement is to support small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for activities related to export market development that are part of an export business case for a specific target market, particularly where activities are targeting departmental priority markets and sectors.
This project is to provide employment for a Youth to continue the development of Pani Energy’s patent-pending Adaptive Desalination Technology.
The purpose of this CanExport Innovation (CXI) grant agreement is to support organizations and to build on targeted relationships between Canadian companies/researchers and key organizations in other countries to allow them to proceed with formal discussions to initiate collaboration(s) on future international R&D initiatives that could lead to commercialization of Canadian technologies.
