Athennian AI is a suite of purpose-built AI tools that automate the creation, validation, and updating of legal entity records for corporate legal teams. This project will accelerate the development of next-generation features such as multi-entity generation, entity health checks, and a legal document summarizer—bringing greater scale, accuracy, and efficiency to complex entity management.
Many companies have their corporate entity data in minute books stored as PDFs. The Project is to get information from these sources into the Athennian application quickly to reduce time and cost and errors. This project will explore the use of machine learning solutions that can extract key variables from the PDFs of Legal Minute Books into a structured format that can be imported into the Athennian application in an automated way.
