We are developing a Virtual Board Meeting (VBM) solution and self-scheduling AGM solution that will turn our platform into an all-in-one virtual Corporate Governance platform.

This expansion has led to interest from multiple industry leading partners to integrate with our platform. This project aims to build API integrations to allow third parties to easily integrate with our platform which will allow for substantially increased growth and scaling for GetQuorum.
This project seeks to utilize AI for the development of a new product (AI minute taking of governance meetings), automating repetitive tasks while onboarding and fulfilling customer campaigns, and the application of tools with large language models to assist in efficient development.
GetQuorum is looking to establish and penetrate the Florida Condominium and Home Owner Association market in Florida and hope to grow our revenue by 300-400% accordingly. Other states will follow once Florida has been completed.
Data cleaning is a manual and time-consuming task that currently represents one third of the workload by our customer success team, and during our busiest periods this task is undertaken by our development team so no new features are developed for at least one financial quarter. This project aims to automate the cleaning process with Machine Learning solutions, so that we can more easily ingest the data we receive which would allow GetQuorum to continue to grow and scale.

Condominium corporations using the community section on GetQuorum’s online platform will be able to influence their residents for more environmentally favourable behaviors with regards to recycling, electronic delivery of notices, and electric vehicle charging stations.
