This project is designed to support Canadian maple products in high-potential foreign markets through promotional activities and media relations. By incorporating maple syrup into local culinary cultures, it seeks to raise consumer awareness of its benefits and versatility, ultimately increasing exports.
The objective of this project is to increase the market share of maple products in key markets, namely, Germany, Japan and the United Kingdom.
This project aims to adapt robotics and automation concepts to significantly increase the packaging capacity of maple syrup barrels belonging to various Canadian maple syrup companies. These reusable barrels must be returned to their owners to be filled with maple syrup for the next maple syrup season, the surplus of which will then be stored in the global strategic reserve.
The objective of this project is to diversify the use of maple syrup products by accessing new markets and increasing exports of new products while creating a value chain for the extraction of dietary fibre from agri-food industry waste using technologies that can bring economic benefits to various agricultural and agri-food sectors.
