This project will facilitate knowledge exchange and sharing of best practices for organizations working on public legal education and information to address workplace sexual harassment. The project will offer ongoing training and education opportunities and will support a national platform for knowledge exchange on the subject, including through the development of a website for access to information on projects and initiatives across Canada related to workplace sexual harassment. PLEAC will facilitate critical knowledge-sharing and collaboration between organizations across Canada who provide public legal education and information (PLEI) and other legal supports to people who disproportionately face barriers to access to the justice system, including those who live with low incomes, are racialized or Indigenous, are facing intimate partner violence, or are isolated by reason of language, ability, or remote location.
