Spectral Analyzer Development for Cased Hole Logging$345Kvalue2018start2021end

The project will attempt to implement spectral gamma ray analysis from the Quad Neutron technology, which utilizes a chemical neutron source to perform downhole reservoir and formation measurements on oil and gas wells. The successful implementation of this spectral gamma ray analysis will improve interpretation accuracy and will increase international market acceptance of the technology.

Downhole camera processing project$30.0Kvalue2021start2022end

Roke's new downhole camera system needs new processing tools and software to assist with analyzing and presenting the data collected. The end goal is to get the camera video data and aligned with the rest of the tools data (gamma ray, ccl, temperature, etc.). To accomplish this an interconnected database system to store historic and future data will be developed.

Quad Neutron Test Support at TOTAL Test Facility in France$8.8Kvalue2019start2019end

The Total Exploration & Production Alternative Subsurface Data (TEP ASD) is a newly constructed logging calibration facility located in Artigueloutan, in the south-west of France. The calibration center provides 29 standards in 18 silos consisting of rocks, fluids, sand pack, aluminum and composite. The TEP ASD is a opportunity to acquire data in a highly controlled environment using Roke Technologies' proprietary Quad Neutron Technology. The data acquired will serve multiple functions: provide calibration and correction charts for the technology, increase our understanding of the physics of t
