Development and initial deployment of our Scout-Emergency Response Drone (ERD) - The conceptual model was rolled out in the field in September of 2021 and has attracted the attention of sector mine sites, Ontario Mine Rescue and the Emergency Response Organizations. This Project focuses on the on the evolution of the Emergency Response Drone product in features and flight intelligence along with the world wide distribution of the unit.
This is an R&D project to test hypotheses and experiment with new mechanisms to design a repeatable and scalable business process and to develop IP in business methods.

SafeFlight – Adaptive Autonomous Flight with Pilot Assist - This project will enable the semi-autonomous flight of UAVs in an underground environment and further their penetration into the market by removing industry apprehension in regards to manually controlling the hardware. As this is currently a significant hurdle in the technology's adoption, this innovation is expected to increase the acceptance of this hardware by clients, as well as the ability of this hardware to function in more diverse environments.
This project will produce a Defence-aligned technical assessment and design package that defines how SafeSight’s platforms will keep pace with emerging technologies, accelerate digitalization, and maintain interoperability with allies.
SafeSight has continued to expand and grow our products and service capabilities through extraordinary conditions created by the global pandemic. This has required us to focus on the refinement and performance of our core products. This project is focused on evolving our basic drone intelligence for real-time rendering and confined space operations. These innovations will apply to both our LiDAR inspection and Scout/Mine rescue platforms. The project will not only support our "ease of use strategy" but will support our globalization program defined in our Scale Up and Out project.
SafeSight has continued to expand and grow our product and service capabilities even during the extraordinary conditions created by the global pandemic. This has required us to focus on the refinement and performance of our core products. This project “Scale and Support” is a component of a broader corporate initiative called “Scale Up and Out” and it focuses on ensuring our ability to scale software development and QA as well as product intelligence, positioning our organization to reach for a broader range of client locations globally across the industry. The focus of the project is to ensu
SafeSight has now moved to full commercialization across of innovation product suite. The SafeSight Exploration Marketing and Public Relations project is designed to develop content that will showcase the products, services, and opportunities to new and current stakeholders in the mining industry. The goal of each production or posting is to: Teach industry professionals about the unique and beneficial products created by SafeSight. Generate interest and awareness Create inquiries and requests for more information Generate demonstrations and requests for proposals
As we move to transform the mining industry with applied drone Technology we are building on the base platform of our DB2 unit to create a DB3 unit that has the ability to support the pilot with recognize environments and avoid collisions. Our current unit in operation supports imaging and 360 degree LiDAR. Our Project goal is to increase "flight support" and decrease the needed skill level of the pilot. This will make the technology more accessible to a broader group of operational staff, reduce the risk of loss during flight and increase the success rate in complex flight plans. Over all the
