The objective of this project is to develop, test and validate new predictive food safety and quality metrics for the grain industry in order to predict quality and correlate results to accurate commodity pricing.
Develop an artificial intelligence-driven food analyzing technology
The objective of this project supports new innovations and solutions which can help address the problem of food waste and loss across the supply chain, thereby reducing the associated economic, environmental and social costs of food waste.
The project involves developing an AI-driven, inline sensor solution to determine batter coverage and batter pick-up for the frozen French fry sector. The project involves the final research, design, and development of the solution with the goal of developing a commercially viable product.
Savormetrics will advance its current technology, Artificial Intelligence driven sensing solutions which provide end of line quality metrics for food processors to incorporate start of line and inline detection and prediction of harmful chemical formation and product quality metrics in potato processing. These products will improve procurement practices, inventory movement, and QA/QC practices for food processors, resulting in reduced shrinkage and increased profits.
The objective of this project is to build AI-driven sensors and systems for the food/ag industry.
