The goal of this project is to create a new breakthrough product Unattended Task Mining (Unattended). This product will help business managers to monitor employee operations and find opportunities to increase productivity without increasing the headcount. Unattended will provide first-of-its-kind self-service tool for the manager, a tool that does not need IT for deployment, use, or receiving the result. Unattended will be based on StereoLOGIC Discovery and Task Mining 2021.
APAA (the proposed innovation) will accelerate and improve the quality of RPA projects by providing automated RPA process selection, auto-generation of specifications for RPA robots and APAA and maximizing operational savings after RPA implementation (from 20% to 60-80%). Please see Attachment 1- RPA Business Case. The key objective of this project is to develop new technology based on the existing StereoLOGIC Process Analytics platform for automated analysis of employee processes, identification of most efficient processes for Automation (based on future ROI) and generation of precise Inpu
The goal of this project is to accelerate the operation of the APAA platform (distributed as StereoLOGIC Discovery and Task Mining 2021) required to support global scalability demanded by multinational F500 clients.
This project uses AI-based conceptualization to interpret granular user-system interactions and generate high-level descriptions of specific business processes. By identifying patterns and uncovering the intent behind specific employee actions, the system provides a clear conceptual description of how tasks and workflows are performed by the employees. For Example: Such sequence of employee activities as: (1) employee hits the Button A, (2) enters Field B, and (3) copies Field C, StereoLOGIC may translate as "gathering information about a customer call". This enables translation of busines
This project will test hypotheses and experiment with new mechanisms to design (or optimize) a repeatable and scalable go-to-market process, which may result in new business methods for Process Intelligence platform.
StereoLOGIC a leading Process Mining technology provider plans to evaluate the feasibility of extending its Process Discovery algorithms to be able to provide RPA capabilities. In interviews with Gartner specialist managing RPA market research globally: Saikat Ray (EMEA), Arnold Gao (China), and Marc Kerremans (USA), it was found that while RPA market is valued in Billions and keeps on growing at 700% annually, there are inherent challenges in the technology: - Not scalable - Robots produce errors at a fast rate, that are very effort-consuming to correct - RPA needs to merge with Process Mini
StereoLOGIC plans to hire a recent graduate for a Process Engineer role to drive the client adoption of StereoLOGIC Technology. While StereoLOGIC dramatically reduces the manual process analysis, there is need in for Automated Process Discovery specialists. Clients like P&G need such specialists to support multiple concurrent digitization projects.
The Project will support development of intellectual property capacity within the Firm.
