Personalized content in our industry includes having deeper understanding of the industry the customer is in, the intended use of their custom products, and location, demographics and preferences of the user. Many of these types of insights can come from assessing the user’s behaviour on SY.com including their uploaded images and design preferences.

The objective of the project is to find the most successful technology approach for this use case, thereby de-risking the adoption of AI in the business and laying the foundations for a more substantive project.
